Dear Celebrating the End of 2008,
I want to give you some homework for this coming Sunday. Please come to church prepared to share in a sentence or two how Jesus has “touched” your life in this last year. What has He done? What are you thankful for? What verse in scripture has become more precious to you? We want to share and listen to how the Lord has worked in our midst.
Please also read Matthew 8+9 if you have time and notice how many times the “touch” of Jesus radically transformed lives. This is awesome! We will conclude our time together by serving communion to each other.
Please pray that we would all come prepared to participate in this worship of our Lord and God. It’s Friday, but Sunday’s a coming!
